Educational Exhibit Hall Committee, Inc.
The Sussex County 4-H Educational Exhibits Hall Committee, Incorporated, is a non-profit incorporated organization whose purposes are to raise funds to broaden the scope and further the activities of the Sussex County 4-H Program.
The Corporation is responsible for organizing, planning and providing for the construction of the 4-H Educational Exhibits Hall. The hall will be dedicated to Phoebe and Ralph Shotwell in appreciation for their lifelong dedication to 4-H and the youth of Sussex County.
To accomplish this the Corporation will be involved in organizing fundraising activities for the construction and maintenance of the Exhibit Hall.
Fundraising
If you are interested in learning more about the Shotwell 4-H Exhbit Hall and how you can help, please download the donor's packet from the link below.
Rentals
If you are interested in renting the Shotwell Building for a 4-H event, please review, sign and forward the Rider to the Rental Agreement to Neil Flaherty.
If you would like to rent the Shotwell Building for an event not related to 4-H, please contact the New Jersey State Fair office for more information, (973) 948-5500
